WARRANTY FAQ

  • All SUS bags and backpacks— Bottle Collection or Reality Collection.

  • SUS apparel, hats, and accessories. (Excluding cups)

  • Great question! Scroll to the top of this FAQ section and you’ll find a button that says, “START YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM”. Click that, fill out the form, and a SUS team member will be in touch within 48 hours of your claim submission.

  • Yes, all items included in the warranty claim must be returned to SUS headquarters so we can get an accurate idea of if the product can be repaired or if it is eligible for a full replacement.

  • SUS is happy to cover the cost of repair to your SUS product. We just ask that you pay the shipping cost to get it to us in the Greater Boston area.

  • Yes and yes! We want to keep our bags and backpacks out of landfills and oceans. It’s as simple as that.

  • The warranty will still be honored. We’ve got you!

  • Yes, we accept warranty claims from all over, BUT we will have to ship back to a US-based address. We want you to get the most out of your SUS product no matter where you’re adventuring.

  • After you submit your warranty claim, we will get back to you within 48 hours. From the time you ship the item to SUS, we should get your repaired or replaced SUS product to you within four weeks.

  • No, SUS does not require that you pre-register your SUS product. We want to make keeping SUS products in your rotation as easy as possible.

  • SUS bags and backpacks are eligible always; the warranty is for your entire lifetime.

    SUS accessories, hats, and apparel are eligible for warranty within 45 days of purchase.

  • Hang tight! After you submit your claim, we will be in touch and provide additional instructions including where to ship the item.

  • Our main goal is to keep SUS products, and their materials, out of landfills and oceans. With that, we will ALWAYS try to repair before we replace.

    Whether or not the damage constitutes a full replacement is up to the bag experts here at SUS.
